Their supposed to have a return process for unopened items and I have emailed them 3x and no one has responded. I purchased 2 candles and a perfume and I didn’t like smell of perfume so I didn’t open the candle. I just want a response and my money back. They will not respond to me. Very unfortunate and would not buy from them again.
