REARVIEW MIRROR & SUN VISOR ADAPTER FOR POLARIS RANGER

Quality is fine, design is good but the fit of the base is not. I was specific in giving the make model year etc. After receiving the visor I realized it would not fit because of the design of the base. I called back and very quickly got an adapter sent to me, however it did fit either. I like and need the product but I am frustrated with the design flaws. What I have is a 2026 Pol. Ranger 570 Crew cab SP. Now I have about $75 and lots of wasted time and no functional piece of equipment I ordered in good faith. I have received excellent customer service but the problem exists. I want some help.
