Love these shoes. Just bought a second pair.
I appreciate that half sizes and options for heel heights are offered. These shoes fit like a glove and are true to size. Required a week of wearing around the house in thick socks to stretch just a bit, now they are perfect. Classy and a hint of sexiness. Really love them. I do have 2 issues I would like to point out: (1) I purchased these 2 days before a 30% off sale. I emailed customer service twice about possibly extending the discount to my purchase. I NEVER heard back which was quite disappointing. (2) One of metal fasteners around the shoelace wholes is not quite finished. There is a small piece of metal that sticks out and I have snagged a few pair of tights if I'm not careful when taking off the shoes. I had to cover it with tape to avoid snags.
