Cast Iron Skillet Griddle

Best skillet ever

This skillet is perfectly flat and doesn’t have a heat ring so it truly works on a glass top stove. The machined surface is SO much better than standard cast iron. The low leading edge is my favorite thing as it allows for the best approach angle when making a smash burger.

Nice size and design. Hopefully it will get a darker color after use.

This things is incredible! Great for camping! And when I'm at home, it has a permanent place on my back burner. I use this griddle for everything. I recommend a heat resistant handle sleeve so that you can grip and carry the griddle without worrying about getting burned.
