The holster was definitely nice. I subsequently discovered that my Beretta was actually a model M96A1, not just a model M9. Though it was the wrong holster, I contacted CE and discussed this. This holster was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, due to my error, I did not get to really try out the holster, but CE still came thru for me. They did not have one for my model and suggested I return the one I ordered. They sent me a shipping label to return this holster. They were very kind and easy to speak with and very understanding even though I made the mistake. They covered me with return shipping cost too. When I need holsters, I will order from CE again and will have them named as a supplier to my students who take firearms classes with me. Thank you CE for all your help and folks, these people understand holsters. You can order with confidence when you order a holster. just ensure you have the complete model of your sidearm.

10/10 all around I'm very impressed the holster feels amazing I know it's there but it's a full size M9A3 Beretta it fits super comfortable the way it's designed I'm telling you is perfected there isn't crazy steps in the mold more round and smooth making it really close to forgettable it's even there this company put the time and effort into holsters that are high quality and comfortable there retention is crazy you can make it perfect where your gun won't come out easy at all shaking it upsidedown with a full mag but draws perfect at the same time still you can make it fall out and make it so your gun won't even come out if you really want to I just messed with it and went with what worked the best for me I also ordered the claw kit it's also definitely worth the money it does exactly what it says it does and they kept in touch letting me know where my package was when it got dropped of at the shipping station and when it was getting delivered and when it was delivered this company is who they say they are and the reviews show I'll definitely becoming back for more thanks to the concilement Express team you guys are great at what you do keep up the amazing work!:100::hearts:️ Ps..super easy to adjust and add claw they have plenty of videos up that show how to install accessories onto your holsters
