The holster was definitely nice. I subsequently discovered that my Beretta was actually a model M96A1, not just a model M9. Though it was the wrong holster, I contacted CE and discussed this. This holster was exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, due to my error, I did not get to really try out the holster, but CE still came thru for me. They did not have one for my model and suggested I return the one I ordered. They sent me a shipping label to return this holster. They were very kind and easy to speak with and very understanding even though I made the mistake. They covered me with return shipping cost too. When I need holsters, I will order from CE again and will have them named as a supplier to my students who take firearms classes with me.
