One crystal missing already and a little glue showing

On day one a little glue is showing on pop socket and a crystal fell off on the side.

Quality doesn’t meet the price

To begin it’s a really pretty phone case but literally after taking it out of the box to put on my phone for the very FIRST time I lost 3 rhinestones! For $70+ it should have lasted longer and the glue is very obvious on the seams. I reached out to customer service to see what my options are and they were very quick to respond but only offered a 10% refund which is a whopping $7 so long story short , the case is over priced for the quality they provide .
