Great plugs - lousy service

I needed the plugs on time and instead was stressed to the max by them being sent to a wrong address when my address is the ONLY address in my profile! I also wonder why I am (no doubt) paying for a screwdriver with every shipment? I have my own professional screwdrivers, and I am forced to throw out at least one supplied screwdriver with every shipment. Time to look at other suppliers methinks!

these are my favorite banana plug. Sure it takes longer to put on speaker wire, but it never loosens up. I hate having to redo loose plugs. I’m glad I switched to Sewell.
