The resin works excellent. It absorbs about double the minerals from what I had previously. It did take Quality Water a bit longer on the delivery than they ststed, but was worth the wait, and customer service was receptive and helpful to my inquiries.

It's resin. I don't know good resin from bad resin. I do know good customer service though and these guys are great. From the initial order, which I did wrong and had to have corrected, to being kept updated with every step of the process and even after it was delivered and my account was adjusted. Super service. These guys are the best. Wholly recommend.
