I ordered this because I wanted a small traditional sauna that would fit in the small space I have. Ordering was very easy and the My Sauna World team was very helpful. I was updated when the sauna shipped and got info on the delivery process. It comes on a large pallet and you need to coordinate delivery with the drivers. It was pretty straightforward. They put the pallet in my garage. With the help of another person, I was able to unpack the box and bring all the pieces inside. The construction is easy. If you can use a cordless drill and a level, you can put this together. I did it mostly by myself, I only needed help to hold wall pieces in place a few times. The hardest part is getting the electrician to hook up the heater. I needed to go through the typical process of getting a quote and then scheduling installation. I also ordered the floor, bucket & ladle, and analog thermometer. All very easy to use and good materials. Once you get everything hooked up, it is a great little traditional sauna. Heats up to about 170F in about 30 min. I'm still messing around with air flow and stratification of air temps. The air at my feet is a good 20 degrees cooler than my head. I think a sauna this small may need some help moving the air with a small fan. I'm not sure the natural venting will be enough for me. I've used it every day since I hooked it up and I love it.
