Cotton Underwire Nursing Bra

Not as comfortable as I’d hope

The upside of this bra is that it’s a ‘real’ bra that doesn’t give me a uni-boob like most other nursing bras, so it looks nicer under clothes. However, as someone who owns a few other Third Love bras, the comfort and design of this one is pretty disappointing. I wish they applied more of the features of the 24/7 classic perfect coverage bra to this style. First of all, the underwire is about an inch too small for my cup size, so it digs into my side, and I can tell it’s going to rip through soon. They clearly didn’t bother to size the underwire to fit the cup properly, which is odd. Second, the straps (plus the seams where the strap meets the cup) are not smooth and therefore itchy. Why in the world would any nursing mom want these pleated straps instead of a smooth, soft strap!? And, the straps are thin so they flip/twist often which is uncomfortable. Most women have a larger cup size when nursing - I wish they prioritized comfort more when designing this bra.

Great bra

It’s impossible for me to find bras that fit because I’m skinny with very big boobs. 32DDD before I had a baby and G cup after: thought I’d never find a bra that fits again, but this actually fits better than anything I was wearing before motherhood. It’s nice to have at least a couple bras that keep my mom boobs above my belly button when in public. I find it comfortable as well, and easy and convenient for nursing, even more so than my stretchy wire free nursing bras. I used their measuring guide and the first bra I bought based on their measurements was one band size too small, but the cup size was spot on. Went up a band size and it’s perfect. Also the exchange was easy peasy.

Very comfortable and supportive

I love this bra and keep returning to get it, perfect support and super comfortable. I have worn this brand for 6 years and now that I’m pregnant, I need even more support so I came straight to the nursing bras.
