Merkur Double Slant Cut 37C DE Safety Razor

OOH! AHH! Great shave!

I started using a safety razor last December with a Merkur 34c. It was great! No ingrowns and a beautiful shave every time. This new slant safety razor though - 37cDE - is in a league of it's own. The slanted blade exposure allows a guillotine-like cut instead of a chainsaw-type cut. I have even fewer ingrowns and an even closer shave. And best of all it cuts my chin bristle with just one swipe, so absolutely 100% no razor burn. But be aware: if you're new to safety razor shaving, this one WILL cut you - veterans only

Old school is best best school when it comes to shaving!

The Merkur Double Slant 37C is a great razor and genuinely never going back to 'normal' shaving. The razor has great weight and balance. Great durable finish. Build is phenomenal and you know youre holding quality. And a really good length that promotes dexterity throughout the shave.

Looking for a close shave!

I am amazed at this razor. I had been looking for an aggressive razor but worried about cuts. I use Shark blades which are great. The Merkur Double Slant Cut razor is just what I was looking for a very smooth close shave. Now I know why slant razors are so remarkable.
