Order couple items from Tacomabeast and they fulfilled the order super quick and customer service is excellent. I will be ordering again whatever I need on my rigs from them again.

Poor communication

I made an order IIRC around the end of October. I received partial order so I reached out to find out if the item would ship directly from the manufacturer, they told me that it was about two weeks out and even offered a new color which I agreed too, because why not. More time goes by, about two weeks more. No hatch, so I reach about again, they suddenly have tracking and tell me it’s being shipped. They shipped the standard black, not the other one THEY offered . They then tried to blame the holiday, which is not an acceptable excuse, considering I ordered over a month prior. I shop here a lot so they still get 5 stars, just step it up team.
