Definitely cooling but wasn't thick enough for me

I have made a few purchases as I find the sheets and pillow cases soft, cooling and easy to work with for a clean look especially with the pillow case pockets. I am rating the product AND customer service (hence the 2 star rating) as both are part of the experience with the product and company. The products take 3+ wks to arrive which seems excessive as one of the orders was for a birthday gift.

Bamboo is cool

The bamboo is so soft and helps us stay cool in our sleep. Never want to get up.
