Poor customer service
My order was completely mishandled. Initially, they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Even after the error was confirmed, there was neither an apology nor any offer of compensation or discount. This level of service is highly unprofessional and entirely unacceptable.

Good size mulberries, however, it's unfortunate how dry they are. I like my mulberries softer, sweet and more on the juicy side
