Too Big

Overall my experience was very positive. Hat came promptly, was of good quality and material was excellent. However, it was advertised as a hat for a petite head. It was most certainly too large for my petite head and I was disappointed. Return and refund were smooth transactions and return shipping was paid for by company. I would order again if I had a bigger head!

Replaced after 20 years

I bought my first Siena hat at the Texas Renaissance Festival in 2004. I have worn it everywhere and gotten many compliments. It was great to see it still being made and got a new one. After almost 20 years, the old one was finally ready to be retired.

Not Adjustable

Hat described as adjustable size. Headband was simply fabric, not elasticized, but with two 2-inch Velcro strips included for adjustment. Have the same hat bought many years ago…a testament to the Scala quality. The elasticized headband is worn but still adequate to size hat.
