This beats a NATO hands down in my opinion. Very comfortable and infinitely adjustable. It complements my new IWC 36mm pilot's perfectly (the original bracelet of which has a cheap closure). Sorry there's no photos on account of no smart phone! Highly recommend this. No awkward stiffness of a new leather strap either.
