I love the book! The service and speed with which they came was terrible!! I ordered them in more than enough time (12/5) to give to my class as Christmas gifts but they came 3 days too late (Dec. 22). When I tried to cancel the order, I was told I could not. I wanted to return them after I ordered the books from somewhere else (and they were delivered in 2 days) and was told I could not. I will not order from your company again.
