Originally I wash shopping for my daughter. Boy am I glad I bought one for myself as well. I am getting so much from the introduction pages of each book, the footnotes and the article/boxes. I was partially motivated because I have always wanted a 'red letter' bible. It makes a difference, for me. I would encourage anyone to try a 'study' bible who has not had one before.

Really enjoying the references, study notes, charts, maps, etc. I just started a bible study in Ephesians and it provides excellent information.
