Exceeded Expectations

I've been wearing the coat daily for the past week +, mostly 3-hrs at a pop running and training a 6-mo old bird dog to be. The L fits my 180#, 6'1" frame well. I have not worn it in the rain or snow yet but, it definitely cuts the often strong wind that blows thru NE Kansas thanks to the material, a zipper that reaches my chin, it's separate hoody, and it's internal waist belt. The lining is heavy so it's been good with a shirt when it's been in the 30s, with a light merino wool sweater in the 20s, and an added Sherpa lined hoody in the teens. With or without layers, it fits my frame well and is comfortable to wear both when working in the field and while driving. I appreciate the plethora of pockets, all of which are comfortable to use as well as the lining in the sleeves that makes it easy to put on and take off. The snaps and metal zipper seem high quality, the oiled cotton has withstood light brambles and puppy teeth without a mark, and I like the look of the liner material, tho it makes the jacket heavier than my old barn coat. I've had no issues doing field work in it and would have no issue dressing it up for a date. I was skeptical about the purchase and, even on sale it was expensive for me but, it's nice to believe it will last for years to come and will be well worth the money. Call me a more than satisfied former skeptic.

My husband is picky about what he wheres. It has to fit good, look good and feel good! The longer length helps keep him warmer in the winter cold weather too!

Love the rugged look and feel

Really pleased with this coat, feels great and looks great. Only thing I would change is the hand warmer pockets, they are really small for men’s hands.
