Jalapeno Pepper Flakes

excellent stuff can make my own jalapeno salt will order again when these get low

I opened my jalapeño flakes and was amazed at how fresh they smelled. They have a wonderful flavor and add some heat to my recipes.

The jalapeno flakes were great. I use them in my annual Halloween sausage gumbo. 2 tbs in the recipee is just the right amount of heat. For over 40 years we have been bringing this to our neighbor's Halloween party. I am not sure they would let us in the door if we didn't bring the gumbo. I make 2 gallons every year & there is never any left over. It is usually gone in the first 2 hours of the party. Looking forward to using the flakes in other recipees.
