Fire Roasted Red Jalapeno Pepper Powder

When rehydrated, powder has a grainy texture. Inner seal was already opened, I was on a deadline so I used it anyway- I’m still alive. Now for the good stuff. Powder works great for my applications, takes out the heat variables between batches of jalapeños . Make your recipie then dial up the heat with powder, (a little at a time). Incredibly fast shipping. When I run out , I will buy more. Overall good experience .

Great product. I use it in all my fruit flavored jalapeno jams.
