I ordered two pairs of jeans which were great but I needed a smaller size. The exchange process was very easy and I was personally contacted by a representative. That was an excellent surprise and has never occurred with any other vendor in my experience. All they required was for me to return the larger jeans at which time they would immediately ship the smaller size. The replacement order has arrived, fit and look great! Thank you Grand River. I will happily buy additional clothes from you.
