Needs a spice bag

The woody spices were hard to find and fish out of the soup at the end. We had to remove the shrimp to try and find the pieces of dried ginger and lemon grass. Some were missed and guests were having to spit out the hard chunks. I bought spice bags for the future. The recipe does not even suggest removing all the inedible herbs.
