Great New Procedure

Certificate received via email vs USPS. As a former Postal employee I don't like for them to lose business but the new procedure is awesome. I myself have two PT500's and the last time I calibrated one of the units I watched the mail to get the Calibration Certificate to send in with the unit. It never arrived or thought it was "junk" mail and tossed. It was a big hassle to try to get a new certificate which I never did receive but the unit was already in the calibration process and documentation is questionable. Just wanted to say by emailing the Calibration Certificate it can't be lost and if it was ever deleted it could be resent. I'm impressed with the new procedure. Thanks for thinking of the consumer in changing the procedure.
