Vanilla Infused First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I make a summer salad with watermelon, basil and crumbled goat cheese; I toss it with vanilla olive oil and vanilla balsamic. Vanilla olive oil is not easily found. I was getting it from the Oilerie, but I believe they are no longer in business

It is amazing

I fry sweet potato’s (cut into 1/4 in slices) with some butter olive oil; add minced garlic. Good eats. Great side when having pork chops or chicken.
