Alway my go to for clips but the last box I bought is much lower quality. They now catch people’s hair at the hinge point, and when you remove them, they pull hair out. I’m really disappointed because the earlier clips never had this problem.

I have been using black plastic Duck brand clips forever, but I can’t seem to find them anymore so I went looking for something new. These may look like another cheap metal clip, howeverthey are anything but! These little gems are strong, tight & precise- I’m so glad I switched to them, they have become an instant staple in my kit!Also, the price point is really good- in an age when everything is so expensive, these feel like a gift! I also love that there are a dozen in each box. I am usually good at keeping track of my clips, but s**t happens so it’s nice to know that if I do lose one or two it’s not going to impede my work. I plan on getting a couple more boxes, to have them on hand but also to share with my fellow stylist friends- they’re that good imo.

Much better than the YS park clips. These have tension along the length of the clip, not just at the tip. These are all I want to use from now on.
