If the seal is broken on the package, you can’t return them and you can’t look at them without breaking the Cell in the package. They are very small like bikini style, which is may be fine if you’re a size medium, but I ordered it to Excel and they just don’t fit good but you’re stuck with him. But the fabric seems nice. Has a nice stretch.
