Kivora Signature Lipstick

I received the two lipsticks, and while the product appeared as in the ads, it was not Kivora-branded, but rather from Yanlin Maydy (?). I have contacted Kivora who apologized and said they would let me know when tracking info was available for two new, no-charge, Kivora-branded lipsticks. Sunce then I’ve received emails asking me to ‘completw my purchase’ but no tracking or other updates yet. Waiting, waiting…. I continue emailing them for updates.

Disappointed so far. I received two color-changing lipsticks and the product looked like Kivora’s. The packaging and particularly the container branding, were however by someone else - Yanlin Maydy. I have conyacted Kivora’s custimer support which asked for photos, which I supplied. They wete apologetic for the unfulfilled order, and advised they’d contact their fulfillment deoartment to get two Kivora replacements sent to me, no charge. They woukd also provide tracking info once fulfillment had taken care of getting the lipsticks out to me. After a couple / few days I contacted them again as I’d heard nothing yet. I received two emails asking me to ‘complete my order’ and purchase a Kivora lipstick, with which I’d get a free one. Two email replies later, advising that their own customer service had said I’d get two new branded lipsticks at no charge, I’ve still had no updates regarding fulfillment of my original order. Waiting, waiting…

I’m very happy with the moisture level on the lipstick, what I’m a little disappointed in is the color and the durability and length of the color lasting. It does not last as long as I was hoping and was advertised. I probably get approximately four hours, and then the moisture and the lipstick color is gone.
