CyperGlow™ - Cyperus Rotundus Skin Serum

The product is great but I have an issue with merchant. I sent an email trying to cancel or reroute my order before it shipped because I'm no longer at the delivery address. And they didn't reply til after it had shipped with a response that had nothing to do with the reason I sent the email. Then I emailed again and they responded and said they would try to fix my issue and I haven't heard back from them since. Now they will get a returned package and I'm outta of money because they won't give me a refund.

There was a missing beauty guide and missing free gift from my order. I emailed their customer service via their email provided and it is not working. My emails are getting returned with a potential server problem. I do not know how to contact this company, however I will find out. Still trying product to see if it makes a difference.
