The jars were fine, several smashed lids. I wrote the company and asked them to ship me replacements and haven’t heard anything back.

So it's a 4 because I thought I was getting a slightly taller 3.7 oz Hexagon jar. This one is short & squat yet still the 3.7 oz. It's a 2 star because I know the quality of this style jar vs breakage. The case quantity is 24 that I ordered on the website, and 12 case count arrived. NOW WHAT ???
