Excellent product

The product was leaked in package so it arrived not fully filled and the package smelled like the cologne. I contacted business and they offered a $5 refund (which I never reviewed). I wrapped the gift and when he opened the present, the bottle was almost completely empty. I contacted business and they said I already agreed to a partial refund - which I wouldn’t have if I knew the entire bottle was faulty. This is horrible customer service and bad business. I will not be buying from them ever again.
