It’s worth going into the shop if you can to see the pulsar box change from electrical storm to still when you step into it wearing grounding shoes versus everyday ones. I had a long drive ahead of me when I left the shop, walked on pavement back to the car and amazed by how easy the drive was. Will get a connectivity meter to test different surfaces and am conscious now of avoiding asphalt and seeking grass or other grounding surfaces. The barefoot element is great, such a relief to ‘feel’ more through my feet and know the information gleaned is activating my brain. Also feel my feet changing and developing different strengths and perhaps the effects working through my body and posture. Look forward to learning more.
