Lipliner Pencil

The customer service was excellent, and timing of the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the color isn’t what I was looking for. I was trying to duplicate a discontinued “Prestige” lipliner in a shade called “eggplant”. The customer service person explained that it was discontinued, but took the time to find another color that was close. I ordered the Palladio pencil in a shade called Raisin. Looking at the pencil, the color looks the same, but on my skin it looks too bright and pink.
