i use every time i train as i am training for ironmans performance is key for me. these electrolytes i use daily and they keep me from cramping and allow high training load. i like the new flavour but personally i prefer the saltier taste of other flavours, especially when longer sessions requires gels, the saltiness balances out the sweet.
