Item never shipped out to me in pre-shipment still

I have yet to receive item or an email or instagram response from customer service on when my item will be shipped out. Right now order #46347 is still awaiting pickup from usps carrier and in pre-shipment. Placed order Nov 25 and paid $9.15 for usps priority shipping. Last update was Nov 29 with usps tracking saying label created and then item never shipped after that. Please respond to emails and actually ship item or refund me so I can buy my daughter another Christmas item in time. Horrible customer service and took my money but never shipped item. Will dispute charge with my bank end of week if do not hear back or receive item by then.

Spectacular

Spicy and slightly sweet to me. Tries down to spicy incense. I’ll be buying a full bottle soon.

Stinky

I didn’t care at all for this scent. It made my room smell like burned plastic or wires. I couldn’t remove the stench fast enough with fans or ceiling fan. Disgusting.
