I have been encountering and spending time with plants with the gentle and knowledgeable help from Mindful in Nature programs and
e mails. I really benefit from the calmness and the beauty these help me to further appreciate; the Programs keep me more disciplined and committed to an ongoing practise. They are opening me up for more connection. Also they are supporting my practises of Gratitude and Being in the Day. Information of plant species is fascinating and enriching. I feel inspired to forage and try things like tea and pesto etc Thanks 🌷💙
