I haven't had a chance to use the cookbook yet but it was highly recommended by family members. I look forward to trying some of the desserts using the oils. I have used combinations as dressings and love it so much. I learned so much on your tour. Well worth it.

The taste is exceptional and I have converted to using mostly Olive Oil. The use of olive oil takes a bit of taste adjustment however, tried against other products this oil has a clean and fresh taste.
