Products not as advertised, don’t honour 48hr paid postage, no customer service

Company takes no responsibility for its listed products, as they are supplied by others. So no one responded to my complaints about the poor quality pond plants, nor the fact that I paid for 48hr delivery and got them in about 96hrs. “Passing your message on to the supplier” doesn’t cut it, when my contract is with you. I would never use them again.
