I dont feel anything, looks great but not working

I purchased three of these for myself for my daughters and we are very disappointed. The item itself is a very flimsy plastic but his metallic colored, and it does not glide on your face or help anything. We only opened one box and the other two are sealed, and I have no way to contact the maker. The product is nothing like the advertisement makes it out to me. I am going to try to pursue a refund somehow.

Cheaply made. The heat option stings instead of warms. I have requested a refund but have not heard back from the company.
