The Chinology™ Lift (New Version - 2026)

5 packs ffom the first shipment and 2 from the second shipment came very melted and unusable. There is no customer service number and I have sent two emails through the website and their help email wirh no response. I will be contacting my bank for a refund on botj orders because these patches aren’t cheap

They charged me even though I didn’t have an active subscription. I tried to cancel immediately, but all I received were generic automated responses. No one actually responds to your emails. I sent more than 10 emails requesting that they not ship the product, yet they ignored every request and sent it anyway. The only communication I received was from what appears to be an AI bot that kept sending the same canned responses over and over. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this company. Not only is the customer service terrible, but the product didn’t work for me either. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.

Never asked for it never wanted. They kept sending it refused all email correspondence and just kept charging me every month. Please be careful about going with this company. They have no person to speak with and they will just continue to draft
