Save the cotter pin!!

Pads were for only front or rear set (I had been expecting a full bike set-as they generally wear down at the same rate-as I didn't read the fine print....) but was only able to replace the rear wheel set at this time. To my surprise a simple cotter pin was not included! This concept alone does not have consumers safety in minds "as I had to re-bend it" to replace the pads. I guess next time when it breaks I will have to use a coat hanger to hold them in place-VERY disappointed by that, otherwise TY!
