Umbrellas can be a necessary evil - traditional umbrellas can be functional but very unattractive additions to the side pocket of the work bag - but the duckhead is colourful, well crafted and brings a smile to all who see it

Great product. Really terrible service. They sent the wrong umbrella, then made me go out of my way to return the wrong one they sent. Did nothing to otherwise make this right and sent a schoolmarm-esque email in response. I will not be buying from this vendor again.

The umbrellas I received are beautifully made, perfect for gifting and a perfect size to use. I did receive a damaged umbrella, and customer service is prompt in helping and very quickly put in a replacement order for me. It’s A++ for everything of the umbrellas! Also an A++ for customer service!
