DO NOT BUY !! ALL SALE IDEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!!! They are ripping customers off!! This merchant should not be allowed to sell this product ! I order a medium for my 60 pound Aussie and it came as a small. It was not at ALL like the picture it came in a wrapped up envelope not in a box like it shows and it’s not blue. Good luck trying to reach customer service!

Terrible. Nothing like the advertised product and despite ordering 1x small and 1x medium, I received 2x small. When i queried this (witha pic), i was told that i got what i ordered and that they couldn’t help me. Incredibly disappointed and would definitely not recommend this store.

DO NOT BUY!! This was the most disappointing purchase ever! My poor german Shepard 11th birthday gift was so dissatisfying he just picjed it up and left it and he LOVES balls!! The imsode doesnt inflate to the outside part so it leaves an under inflated mess. I contacted customer service and all they emailed back was that is how it comes. DON’T waate your money!
