Everly™ Herding Ball

My gawd, it might just be the worst item i’ve ever ordered from a Facebook ad. Misrepresented everything about it. The size was that of a softball even though I ordered the large size. Im a DAV ( disabled american veteran) member Chapter 48 Santa Rosa, Ca and have 2 GSD one being a service dog recognized by the VA due to my 100% Disability. The product was flimsy and is pure garbage. I fell for the Ad, only now i wish i used Paypal for a possible refund. To refund from Everly you have to return in original wrapping to place it was being sent from. It arrived with torn corners and a unrecognized address in mainly China. If youre able SHOP can contact Everly and tell them i would like a refund or at least an apology. Tom Caserta Vietnam Vet 69-70.

Purchased the large 25" (inch) ball. What arrived was only 10"( inches) emailed customer service to enquire about steps to return as item is not as described and it totally unacceptable to use safely for my large breed dog. Still waiting for a response in regards to the email.

The ball that I paid for & got was made for a chihuahua (in fact my Ragdoll cat could play with it, I took a photo of the ball next to the cat & she’s bigger than the ball) sized dog not the German Shepherd I have so very upset & disappointed! It stated the different sizes available & the type of dog it was suitable for.& I ordered the L size according to what the advertisement described so basically false advertising. The photographs in the ad showed large dogs playing with a very large ball with little tags on it. My ball was nothing like the ball advertised apart from the same colours. I would actually like my money back unless I get a very large ball suitable fot a German Shepherd to “herd” as advertised instead of the small balloon sized ball that she can throw up in the air and play catch with. She definitely won’t be “ a tired & happy dog “ with this. Totally not worth USD 89.99 ! Don’t waste your money money money money
