Have had the item for two weeks and have used it about 5 times to access USB and Mini DisplayPort. Works as advertised. Only issue is that it sags a bit when multiple cords are attached as it is not flush with the bottom of the computer. Should come with pads for the tabletop side or designed to stay flush with the bottom of the computer.

Most Excellent Dock

Using this dock/port-expander with my 2020 MacBook Pro 16", and I would consider having some kind of port to be essential for this laptop as it only comes with 4 USB-C ports and a headphone jack. This dock is probably the sleekest one I could find with this number of ports available without sacrificing intelligent port placement. It's a little wild that Apple thinks they can charge just 20-40 less than this dock for JUST USB-C to HDMI. If you're dock-shopping you should buy this one (in your matching color)! One word of note, if you attach a USB port expander (I have a 1 -> 4 port USB-A expander attached) to either of the USB-A ports on the dock, it will disable the other USB-A port. A small sacrifice to make for additional USB-A ports however.
