Being a long time lover of green tea and gaiwan brewing, I wanted to also get aquainted with pu erh. The full size cake experience has been fun, but a learning curve on handling, breaking, storage, and amount for brew. This small cake has solved my learning concerns. The flavor is beyond all expectations. I know exactly how it will unfold and brew. I can easily store and enjoy without fuss. I have found one cake will brew fully for 3 people. It has an addictingly rich aroma and taste making it a pleasure to introduce anyone to pu erh, knowing they will love it. We are hooked.
