The Pre-sales service from Saf was excellent and answered a number of questions quickly over the phone rather than email only. Ordering was good but some improvement would help as I made a mistake on ordering installation of only the front camera when I wanted both completed. Saf sorted this out quickly. Installation was as advised around 10 days as it was also over Easter. The engineer who installed arrived as expected in the morning but would have been helpful if a call prior to visit would be welcome. Installation was quick around 45 minutes and everything was concealed as if factory installed which is superb. Installer wasn’t well versed in the software and it did take 5 mins to work out what app to use as the one called oewitness doesn’t seem to work. Scanning the qr code brought up the correct app. The quality of video is reasonable, main improvement is that some video recordings can get a little blurry which I think could be due to no image stabilisation. However, for the price and purpose it is good piece of kit and would recommend.

Very easy to fit installation took about 10min looks great would buy again
