In multi family projects would it be possible to make a corner trim that had the plastic guard already attached?& We did that ourselves but if people complain often that the wood is soft it might be a suggestion. We would have purchase that@

Very very expensive but worth it for the finished look

These trim pieces are absurdly expensive but they really complete the look nicely. If you can swallow the price tag, you will be happy.
