SleePods™ - Side-Sleeper Earbuds

The good: these paired easily. Sound is acceptable. The bad: They are NOT comfortable for side sleepers. They are hard and I feel them. I had to remove them because they actually hurt.

This product doen’t work. Only one earbud works. They don’t connect among each other. Tried every tip found in google and nothing works

I purchased these items because of your advertised claim of Active Noise Cancellation, side sleeping comfort and ease of operation. I have found them ineffective in all cases. The ANC was ineffective in blocking or even reducing noise from snoring. They weren't comfortable when sleeping on my side. If your head moved They made a noise - squeaky sound- and they protruded. The requirement to tap 3 times was not efficient. I had to tap numerous times to achieve  a change. I therefore request  a refund for these items. Please advise what  the procedure will be.
