This product quality is terrible. items are overpriced and nowhere near worth what you charge. I expected much better, but what I received was cheap, poor-quality merchandise. The return policy is just as bad as your products. It is unnecessarily complicated and clearly designed to make customers give up instead of getting a fair resolution. That is unacceptable. You may have gotten my money this time, but you have permanently lost me as a customer. Instead of focusing on making returns difficult, you should focus on improving your product quality and treating your customers with respect.
